Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.87 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366, 376D I.P.C. and 5(g)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Sirauli, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Lakhan Singh has already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.3.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.7269 of 2023. The applicant is languishing in jail since 3.2.2025, having no criminal history.
