The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 246 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238 BNS, Police Station- Bilsanda, District- Pilibhit, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is brother of the deceased and as per allegation, he committed his murder and incident has been witnessed by wife of the deceased and other family members but entire allegation levelled against the applicant is totally false. He further submitted that it appears, only under suspicion, applicant has been made accused in the present matter. He further submitted that even applicant is not having motive to commit the murder of his brother. 4. He further submitted that applicant is not having
