This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Raunak Patel, who is involved in Case Crime No. 194 of 2022 under Section 8/20/22/23/25/60 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station- Maharjpur, District- Kanpur. There is allegation of recovery of 6 Kg. 265 Gram Charas from the possession of the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive, on the basis of false and planted recovery of 6 Kg. 265 Gram Charas and there is no public witness of the alleged recovery.
