Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 128 of 2024, U/S 64(1), 76, 351(3), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Singramau, District Jaunpur, during the pendency of trial. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. He has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. The FIR was instituted after a delay of about three months. Even the application u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. was moved on 17.10.2024 i.e. after a delay of about two months. The
