Heard Shri Ashish Goyal, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. There is allegation against the applicant of making attempt on the life of two injured. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that both the injured have been examined and they have been declared hostile.Applicant alleges false implication.The applicant is in jail since 17.11.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
