The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Navi Sher, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 713 of 2010 (G.S.T. No. 55 of 2011), under Section- 2/3 U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station - Quarsi, District - Aligarh. Applicant has admittedly absconded from trial for about five years.Therefore, it is not a fit case for granting bail to the applicant. The bail application is accordingly, rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial against the applicant as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
