Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Amroha Dehat, District- Amroha, during pendency of trial. According to the gang chart the applicant is said to has been involved in one criminal cases wherein he is on bail. The applicant alleges false implication in the present case due to police rivalry. He is languishing in jail since 31.5.2022.The applicant criminal history of 19 cases which has been explained in paragraph-18 of rejoinder affidavit.
