The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.131 of 2022, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Girwan, District Banda, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that however, applicant was named in the FIR alongwith co-accused Ram Naresh Tripathi and as per allegation, they committed the murders of mother and maternal grandmother of the informant but it is a case, in which there is no eye-witness account and merely on the basis of suspicion and motive, applicant has been made accused in the present matter alognwith co-accused Ram Naresh Tripathi. 4. He further submits that present case is of the year 2022 and applicant is in jail in the present matter since 08.07.202
