The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Chotu @ Lavish @ Abhishek, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.312 of 2023, under Sections 504, 506, 323, 452, 307 IPC and 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Bhawanpur, District- Meerut, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of making attempt on life of injured. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court, PW-1 & PW-2, who are informant and injured, have been examined. They have been declared hostile.
