The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Danish with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 1093 of 2024, under Section 21 and 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Qwarsi, District- Aligarh. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 450 gm of diazepam powder is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant.
