Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the co- accused Ram Avtar Yadav has been granted bail by this Court today in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 45565 of 2024. The case of the applicant stands on identical footing, hence the applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity for the reasons given in bail application of co-accused.
