Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.689 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64(m), 87 B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Surajpur, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 16 years on 27.10.2024 at about 06:00 p.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
