Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.8 of 2025, under Sections 61, 64(1), 351(3) B.N.S., Section 3/4(2) & 17/18 POCSO Act, Police Station- Behat, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 3.1.2025 at about 02:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
