Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.1031 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(1) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station- Sahibad, District- Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded U/s 183 B.N.S.S., whereby she has stated that she had gone with the applicant out of her own sweet- w
