Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 1100 of 2024, under Sections 123, 64, 351(2), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about six days as far as the incident is concerned. 5. It is further stated that the victim is major, aged about 19 years and is the consenting party, as is evident from her statement recorded u/s 183 B.N.S.S.
