Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 17.03.2025. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.167 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 115(2), 64 B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Chaurakhas, District Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is evident from the fact that she has gone with the applicant by train to Orissa and remained there for five days and has not raised any alarm during the said journey, although she has stated that the corporeal relationship was established without her
