Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.204 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64(1), 87 B.N.S., 3/4 POCSO Act and 3(2)5 SC/ST Act, Police Station- Hazrat Nagar Garhi, District- Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim has not whispered a single word against the applicant. The victim is a consenting party as far as the applicant is concerned.
