Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 771 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64, 87 of BNS and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 16 years on 25.08.2024 at about 1 a.m. 6.
