Heard Sri Alok Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sushil Kumar Shukla, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.319 of 2022, under Sections 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Barkheda, District- Pilibhit, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have lured the victim into his net and had taken her to his house on 30.7.2022 and committed rape with her. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the FIR is delayed by about three days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim by her looks seems to be major, although as per her school certificate of Class-8th, she was 16 years, 03 months and 09 days old.
