This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 15 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/8 of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Ratanpuri, District Muzaffar Nagar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not present on the spot and the Police has falsely disclosed the name of the applicant in the present case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Ballu and Shahid, who have been arrested on the spot.
