The present bail application under section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 77 of 2024, under Section 8/21, 27-A, 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Shahganj, District- Sonbhadra. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 250 gram of Heroin is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the co-accused namely Kuraisha Begam, who has already been released on bail vide order dated 05.02.2025 passed by this Court in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No. 44316 of 2024. Co-accused namely Vishal Gupta and Tahaiur Ali @ Tahauar Ali have also been released on bail by this Court vide
