Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.629 of 2024, under Sections 64(2)(m) B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Dadri, District- Gautam Budh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded U/s 183 B.N.S.S. As per the said statement, the victim had gone with the applicant to a hotel and stayed there.
