Heard Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.561 of 2024, under Sections 376, 377, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Nandgram, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. The FIR was instituted by the victim stating that the applicant had raped her by spiking her cold drink and continued the said relationship for a substantial period of time. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
