This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Azad Ali , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 377 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 and Section 109 of B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Sikariganj, District Gorakhpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 1.2.2025.
