Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 720 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64 of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 16 years, on 24.08.2024 at about 04.00 P.M. 5.
