Heard Sri Kamlesh Kumar Nishad, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.249 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64, 351(3) of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Brijmanganj, District Maharajganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the victim is stated to be suffering from diarrhea, as such, she had gone to ease herself out from her house on 07.08.2024 at about 02.00 A.M and the accused persons are stated to have taken her to their house and had kept her captive till morning. 5.
