Heard Sri Rajneesh Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Manish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.846 of 2024, under Sections 70(2), 123, 127(3), 137(2), 351(2) of BNS and Sections 5(G) (L)/ 6 of Protection of the Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Baghpat, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
