Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.159 of 2024, under Sections 201, 376(3), 506 I.P.C., Sections 5/6 & 13/14 POCSO Act, Police Station- Itwa, District- Siddharth Nagar, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 13.6.2024 and video recorded the said act. He is even stated to have made the said indecent video viral on social media. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 6. The FIR is delayed by more than three months
