Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 225 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(1), 351(3) of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Thariyown, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have taken the victim by force behind the bushes and committed rape with her on 26.10.2024 at 02.00 P.M. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
