Heard Sri Dhiraj Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Varun Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.401 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64(1) of BNS and Sections 3/4(2) of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)5 SC/ST Act, Police Station Behat, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant in the jungle and has committed rape with her on 21.12.2024 at about 03.00 P.M. The applicant is even stated to have left her at bus-stand on next day at 02.00 A.M. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent
