Heard Sri Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 318 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64, 351(2) BNS and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Chunar, District Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The story as narrated by the victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS is full of embellishments and the same has been recorded after legal consultations. The victim by her looks seems to be major and as per ossification test report, she is stated to be between 15 to 16 years old, as such, a leverage of two years may be granted to the applicant on upper
