Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 927 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87 and 65 of BNS-2023 and Section 4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Bhojipura , District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 16 years, on 27.12.2024 at about 04.00 a.m. 6.
