Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the similarly placed co-accused, namely, Aniket @ Ankur has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 12.03.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 8720 of 2025 copy of the bail order produced by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record.
