Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant was enlarged on bail by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge/ F.T.C. No. 1, Hathras vide order dated 29.04.2022 u/s 342, 354kha, 420, 506 of IPC but subsequently, the allegations of rape have been made by the victim in her statement recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C.
