Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 234 of 2023, U/S 452, 376(3), 506 IPC and 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Gazipur, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. The victim has instituted the FIR stating that the applicant had outraged the modesty of the informant on 28.7.2023 at about 11.30 pm. On her raising of alarm, he is stated to have run away from the scene of occurrence. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
