Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.374 of 2024, under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 64M, 84, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Chirgaon, District- Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about one and half months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no medical corroboration of the said incident. The victim is obviously major as she is a married lady having two children from her marriage. The allegations are per se false. 5.
