Applicant seeks bail in Special Session Trial No.1710 of 2024, arising out of Case Crime No.151 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Farenda, District- Maharajganj, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 15 years between 20.11.2023 to 23.11.2023. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
