Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.385 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64 B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Bilariyaganj, District- Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The two victims V1 and V2 had gone themselves all the way to Mumbai by using different modes of transportation including bus and train, as such, they are consenting party. 6. Learned couns
