Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 86 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Kadaura, District Jalaun, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
