Learned A.G.A. has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 20.2.2025. 3. Heard Sri Niyaj Ahamad, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Varun Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.309 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65, 87 B.N.S. and 4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station- Gulaothi, District- Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about five days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded U/s 183 B.N.S.S. The victim is major aged about 22 years as per the ossification test report. There is no criminal antecedent of the applicant. The
