Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.158 of 2024, under Sections 74, 352, 351(2), 65(1) B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Khakhreru, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim and had tried to take her forcibly to a secluded place on 26.09.2024 at about 4:00 p.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
