Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 904 of 2024, under Sections 64, 115(2), 351(2), 352 of BNS and Section 3(2)V, 3(2) (Vka), 3(1)Da, 3(1)Dha of SC/ST Act and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The instant case has been settled between the parties. The said settlement is annexed as Annexure SA-1 to the supplementary affidavit file
