Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 389 of 2024, under Sections 64(2)(m), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 308(2) of BNS and Section 5L/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Mughalsarai, District Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. 5.
