Applicant seeks bail in Special Sessions Trial No.654 of 2024, arising out of Case Crime No.174 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) I.P.C. and 3, 4(2), 5L, 6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Panki, District- Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5.
