Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.454 of 2024 under Sections 76, 333, 351(2), 64 B.N.S., Police Station Ujhani, District Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that her modesty was outraged by the applicant by barging into her house. Even the applicant is stated to have attempted to commit rape with her in the night of 06/07.10.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
