Arif Alias Padda Alias Bhura with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 290 of 2024, under Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955, Police Station-Deoraniya,District-Bareilly. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, namely, Talib, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 07.03.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 4531 of 2025 copy of the bail order produced by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record.
