Heard Sri Sudarshan Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Karunesh Narayan Tripathi, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.315 of 2024, under Sections 75 and 70(1) B.N.S., Police Station Fatehganj East, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that one Sajid and Jahid had outraged the modesty of her daughter on 05.10.2024 at about 12:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
