The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that one Sajid and Jahid had outraged the modesty of her daughter on 05.10.2024 at about 12:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
