Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 166 of 2024, U/S 70(2) B.N.S., 5G/6 POCSO Act and 3(1)(da), 3(1)(dha) and 3(2)(v) S.C./S.T. Act (P.A.) Act, Police Station Chhajlet, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 5.
