Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Kushagra Srivastava, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 166 of 2024, U/S 70(2) B.N.S., 5G/6 POCSO Act and 3(1)(da), 3(1)(dha) and 3(2)(v) S.C./S.T. Act (P.A.) Act, Police Station Chhajlet, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 5.
