Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 747 of 2024, U/S 108, 316(2), 66(1) B.N.S., Police Station Ramgarh, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to be in illicit relationship with the wife of the informant and had taken Rs. 5 lakhs and a golden chain from her by blackmailing her. Despite being demanded back by his wife, he refused to return them, as such, she committed suicide by hanging herself.
