Heard Sri Nagendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Chandra Bhan, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasiya, learned State Law Officer as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 387 of 2024, under Sections 376, 452, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim and had clicked certain indecent photographs of her and used to threaten her to establish corporeal relationship with her.
